Anthony came to America in the late '70s from Vietnam with a quarter in his pocket. He came with 17 family members, and when they arrived in the States, they began renting a small 800 square foot apartment. Today he is a successful entrepreneur, owning a restaurant, 12 rental properties, and a mobile home park with nearly 200 lots.
