I think there is two-fold shift going on; one for businesses to move towards Kingdom (peace, righteousness, joy) business models. Second, for leadership in christ. denominations where they are moving from "religion based" view to the Kingdom of God's view .

The Kingdom business is to be ministry character-based business that uses marketplace principles to sustainably build our cities and economies.
